My team and I have an absolute passion for mortgages! I know, it sounds pretty lame, but we love closing loans for our clients that were denied somewhere else or told that they could never own a home – it feeds our souls!
In addition to traditional loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), we have loan options available for many different financial and/or employment situations, including bank statement loans, no-income investment loans, etc… We also offer programs that allow credit scores down to 500 for those clients that are ‘credit-challenged’.

My team is also constantly searching for the best new down-payment assistance programs for those that don’t have quite enough in savings to purchase a home. We’re also always researching new products and programs to ensure that you are put into the best loan for your family’s financial needs.
